About Located on the beautiful tree-lined Harrington Gardens, just a ten-minute walk from Imperial, The Other House South Kensington is cool, intriguing, bold and committed to sustainability. We effortlessly combine home comforts and apartment-style living with hotel facilities so you really can stay your way.

Make yourself at home in one of our gorgeous Club Flats, with a comfortable sitting room with integrated kitchen/diner, leading to your bedroom with loads of wardrobe space, and ensuite shower room. There's plenty of space for you to work, rest, study, or have friends round - make it your own for as long as you like – this is your other house.

Stay just during term-time, or the holidays too - whatever you choose. But if you do go home for Christmas or skiing at Easter break, we can store your belongings whilst you’re out of town so you’re only paying for your accommodation for the time you’re with us. You’ll get the same Club Flat back when you come back so you’ll always feel at home.

When you stay with us, you'll get exclusive access to our amazing Members Club with chill-out bars the Keeping Room or Hogsmire, The Sitting Room, our intimate screening room, and The Other Space, our state-of-the-art wellness and fitness facilities - you can even check when the gym is busy on our App so you can get your sweat on in peace.

Here at The Other House, we want to make sure you live life your way. So, you can get parcels, or your takeaway delivered to our Post Room - you'll get a notification through our App when they arrive. Fancy a delicious bite from home? Just order through the App and click and collect from your favourite Other House eatery.

After a hard day of lectures and studying, you'll be coming back to a warm welcome from our House Jacks who are always on hand to help, either in person for a chat, or on our App if you have any questions or concerns. And with so many characterful Club Flats to choose from, your friends and relatives can enjoy exclusive Club rates when they come to visit - so they won't need to crash on your sofa!
