Book it. Share a bit about you and what brings you to the city, add your bank details, and request to book your place. The landlord will reply within 48 hours. As soon as your booking is accepted, we will automatically charge the first month of rent and the service fee.To protect you from fraud, we never ask you to pay outside the Uniplaces website. Your first payment is safe with us, and we only transfer it to the landlord after you move in. Live it. As soon as your booking request is accepted, we'll send you your new landlord's contact information. Now all you need to do is get in touch with them to arrange your check-in, and the way you will pay for your monthly rent during your stay. Once you arrive, do a quick tour around your new place to make sure it matches the original listing. If everything is okay, remember to pay the security deposit directly to your landlord, along with any other fees specified in the listing. As an added security measure, we only transfer your payment to the landlord 24 hours after you move in to give you enough time to check if your new place matches the original listing.
